Consolidating a group shipment
If you would like to bring your own glider to fly in South Africa during the European winter we can help you consolidate a group shipment to ensure that you get the most economic rates.
To do this we would need to have a commitment from you as soon as possible, as there are only two places available in the first container. This will be filled on a first come basis. After the first container is full, we will try to find enough gliders to fill a second container.
If you would like to arrange your own container we only need to know details of the contents if you want us to manage it through a South African port and it’s transport to Bloemfontein. As your gliders are only imported on a temporary basis it is important that you arrange a carnet to avoid having to lodge the Vat due on the shipment that will only be refunded on export.
